My name is Emily Chiappara, and I provide founder-led change, communications, and execution support for small businesses, startups, growing teams, and enterprise clients who need structure, clarity, and momentum — without unnecessary complexity.

I bring a hands-on, build-it-yourself perspective to change work. I’ve launched my own businesses from the ground up, including OCMhub and The Humanity Line, and have personally handled everything from website development and ecommerce setup (Printify) to digital products, branding, and operational foundations. That includes licensing, DBA filings, banking, EIN registration, and trademark filing — not just advising on what to do, but actually doing the work.
